In order for all visitors to fully enjoy their Scotiabank Arena experience, visitors are asked to refrain from shouting, running and otherwise behaving in a rowdy manner.
The administration has the right to restrict access or remove a person from Scotiabank Arena, with or without reimbursement, if his or her behavior is deemed inappropriate.
Small bags permitted. No luggage is allowed. There is no bag check available.
Personal, non-commercial photography is permitted, and we encourage you to take photos of your favorite areas in Scotiabank Arena. Camera stands and/or supports (such as, but not limited to, tripods or monopods) and lighting attachments are prohibited.
Scotiabank Arena is wheelchair accessible. Please speak with a staff member on-site for assistance.
How long is the tour?
The tour is approximately 60 minutes.
What languages is the tour available in?
All tours are provided in English. Please contact us if you have specific language needs at tours@mlse.com.
How do I get my tickets?
All tickets for Scotiabank Arena events will be delivered digitally and will be scanned from fans’ mobile devices at the arena to maintain a contactless fan experience.

Do children require tickets?
Children 4 and under will not require tickets.
What is the refund policy?
All ticket sales are final – no refunds or exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact tours@mlse.com.
How do I buy tickets to the tours?
All tickets are available for purchase online through Ticketmaster. For groups of 15 or more, contact tours@mlse.com
What time should I arrive for my tour?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour.
Where do I enter for my tour?
Enter through the Galleria and there will be a check-in kiosk for the tours by Gate 1.
Is there a recommended dress code?
Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and footwear as the tour consists of walking throughout the venue.
Can I bring any bags or belongings?
Small bags are permitted. All bags will be screened/searched, prior to entry.
Is a coat or bag check offered?
There is no coat or bag check offered on site.
Can I bring a stroller?
Yes, strollers will be allowed on tours.
Can I bring food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside Scotiabank Arena. Water bottles are the only exception.
Is there an age requirement to go on the tour?
There are no age requirements for our tours, but all minors should be accompanied by an adult.
Can I bring a camera on the tour?
Cameras will be allowed on tours, however no professional cameras or long lens with be permitted.
Can I bring a laptop or tablet?
Laptops will be allowed on tours; however, laptop bags will not be permitted.
Am I allowed to take photos or videos?
Pictures are permitted but there may be restrictions in some areas of the tour. Your Tour Guide will mention any photography restrictions during the tour.
