Growing up in the GTA, I was privileged to enjoy all the global influences Toronto has to offer. In my career, I have also been surrounded by cooks and chefs from all of these rich cultures, and the ScotiaClub menu is reflection of my interpretation of those exciting flavours, combined with some of the greatest ingredients Ontario and Canada have to offer.
