At the center of the Platinum Club stands our impressive 3,000-bottle Sterling Three Palms Merlot wine cellar, a striking floor-to-ceiling display of winemaking mastery. Offering a curated selection of rare vintages, this cellar provides the perfect backdrop for intimate dinners and exclusive tastings. Each bottle reflects a legacy of excellence, making it a must-experience for discerning wine enthusiasts at Scotiabank Arena. Our award-winning wine program is overseen by our Head Sommelier, Anne Martin.​ 

About The Menu

When I create a menu, each dish must have 3 things: high quality seasonal ingredients, great flavour combinations that allow those ingredients to shine, as well as different textures to make every bite memorable. Most dishes I create are inspired by the French and Italian cuisine I learned travelling abroad as a young cook.  Our culinary team uses a combination of both classic and modern techniques while building the layers of flavour into every dish. A perfect menu always strikes the right balance of inventive creations and comfortable classics to create a thoughtful experience for our fans. Bon appetite!
